I your shy then getting out of your comfort zone as much as possible is the best advice I can give you. Take small steps into approaching girls!! i.e. just make eye contact with girls you like then smile as them..then you can just make a genuine compliment and say have a nice day!! untill you feel more confident to approach them and speak for longer.

Dom here, I'm 28. To be honest from the ages of 16-24 I did quite well with girls. I think my confidence got hit by couple of bad relationships, some difficult times in my personal life and because of my hairline receding!

The last couple of years I have just kind of been sitting back and waiting for girls to come for me and no surprise it just hasn't happened apart from a handful of times. I have become nervous around women and it has knocked my confidence in other areas of my life as well. I can feel girls I know friendzoning me and girls I don't know quickly make their excuses when I have tried to approach them.

Well I knew something had to change and by chance a workmate was talking about Strauss' The Game so I gave that a read. To be honest I didn't find much in there to help me personally but I kept going on Youtube and watching people's in field videos and a lot of these have been inspirational in terms of just having the confidence to go and approach girls again.

I have only attempted nightgame so far. I managed to number close a stunning Venezuelan girl who came in to the pub where me and a friend were playing pool the other night (she didn't text back but never mind). Friends have noticed a big difference in me already over the past couple of weeks.

Well that brings me to tonight and signing up here. I was just reading some Ross Jeffries Speed Seduction stuff and while it is quite interesting I just couldn't link it back to myself and how it would ever work for me. So I searched instead for English guys who were doing this and came across Johnny Berba. It's great to see someone cutting out all the crap that seems to be around and just going up to girls and being himself.

I guess I will be looking to gain more confidence in all parts of my life and approaching girls during the day. I'll let you know how I get on.

Hi guys, I decided to join here as I feel we all have a lot in common and everyone seems like progressive well rounded guys. I'm 31 from Australia. But johnny serious questions here about the emotions of women. we all know that women are way more emotional then men and men on the other hand think more logically..... short field report on this point because its bugging me( i know not good..) : picked up a woman in a club on christmas and right after we spend 4 days in a row and everything was fun and spontanous, just like it is supposed to be. i had to leave for my studies again but had the opportunity to come back home to write me thesis. i was glad to get back home because for the last 4,5 years is was rarely at home (studying in america and the netherlands). so i also thought i could hit the girl up again and hang out and so we did. but after the third date she told me that on christmas she wanted me to be her boyfriend but know not anymore more because the emotions are gone? i was really surprised because we talking and texting everyday and hanging out was always fun...laughing,make out, sex and so on and she always asked me to hang out and if she could call me...and now this? emotions changed for sure but i still need to figure out my mistake. i was not needy, my hobbies were always on the first spot. any suggestions? or should i elaborate more on the story.
i actually got into pick to find cool women becauase the more you approach the higher the chance to find somebody cool to hang out with. after many many approaches that was the cool girl....so this really fucking sucks. another day another approach looking forward to hear from you man and keep up the good work

yeah there might be other stuff that i do not know about but the thing is that she was on my ass all the time and out of the blue she fucked me over. actually i do not want to think about because does it make sense to hold on to a sunken ship? no, so i will get a new ship. fuck all the negativity! but another topic i might should open a thread about it would be: going out solo! any advice on that? tomorrow i will go out solo again and i would like to hear your what you have to say about it?
